Job Description:

The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a Lab Technician for a world-class client in Austin, TX. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates with a Science or Engineering degree looking to gain hands-on lab experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Support engineers with product testing and validation (optical and mechanical performance) Conduct lab experiments, prepare materials, and assist in product development Perform quality checks and basic data analysis Set up and maintain lab equipment and testing environments Handle physical, lab-based tasks (this is not a desk-only role)

Required Skills:

Lab support experience or academic lab exposure Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a hands-on, equipment-heavy environment Basic understanding of testing, experimentation, and quality control

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field Open to recent graduates

Additional Details:

12-month contract (possibility of extension)

Pay:
