This role involves repetitive testing, project-based chemical analysis, and cross-training on a variety of equipment — all while upholding quality, safety, and customer service standards. Duties Follow safety procedures and operate specialized equipment per SOPs Read, interpret, and troubleshoot data Clean, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment Receive, log, label, and store samples Maintain detailed records and utilize lab databases Write customer-facing reports and collaborate with scientists Maintain strict confidentiality of all data and analyses Skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field (or equivalent lab experience) Familiarity with lab equipment, techniques, and safety protocols Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work independently with reliability and punctuality Knowledge of the oilfield industry is a plus Must be able to commute to
