  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Sample Collection and Analysis:
  • Collect and prepare chemical samples following established procedures.
  • Conduct laboratory analysis and tests on samples to determine chemical composition and properties.
  • Maintain detailed records of test results and observations. 2.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance:
  • Operate a variety of laboratory and field equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure accurate results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with equipment. 3.
  • Data Management:
  • Record and manage data meticulously using computer software and databases.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and anomalies, and prepare reports for senior staff.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by following quality control procedures. 4.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in safety training and contribute to continuous improvement in safety practices.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies. 5.
  • Project Support:
  • Collaborate with engineers and scientists on research and development projects.
  • Assist in the design and execution of experiments and pilot tests.
  • Provide technical support and recommendations based on experimental outcomes. 6.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.

  • Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in a laboratory or industrial setting is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and equipment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
