Job Description

Biology Teacher

•Long-term Substitute Bishop O'Connell has an immediate opening for a long-term substitute Social Studies teacher for the first quarter of the 2026

•2027 school year. This position has teaching responsibility for Biology honors and Anatomy and Physiology. The position runs through December 2026. Applicants should have a degree or significant coursework in biology or a related area. Teaching experience and/or education coursework is preferred. The department emphasizes critical thinking, writing skills and collaboration. Hourly compensation is $25

•$28 per hour, commensurate with experience. Full benefits
