Laboratory Assistant Dermatopathology Northwest PLLC Bellevue, WA Job Details Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 19 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Laboratory experience Associate's degree Full Job Description We are a small but very busy dermatopathology lab in Bellevue, WA. Attention to detail is critical in this role. This full-time position will include providing a full range of laboratory functions including:
- Data entry
- Accessioning specimens
- Gross description of medical specimens
- Using the telephone to communicate with clients
- Maintaining service records
- Filing reports
- Following policies and procedures Applicants must have:
- Associate degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution
- Or equivalent education including 60 semester hours, including at least 24 semester hours in science courses (Biology, Chemistry, Lab Technology)
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a group
- Ability to produce accurate, thorough and detailed results.
