40 Hours per Week Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Brewster, Washington. The ideal candidate will perform laboratory testing and specimen collection while ensuring accurate, timely results that support high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing according to established procedures. Collect, process, and prepare patient specimens for analysis. Perform phlebotomy using proper collection and safety techniques. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment. Analyze and report test results accurately and promptly. Maintain quality control standards and comply with laboratory policies and regulatory requirements. Document laboratory findings and maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care. Requirements Current Washington Medical Assistant (MA) Phlebotomy License (required) Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program MLT certification preferred Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality assurance, and safety protocols

$1,750.00 - $1,800.00 per week
