Product Technician (Night Shift) $22.96/hour Monday-Friday | 8:30pm-4:30am Clintonville, WI - Hoffmaster Group, Inc. Benefits 11-12 paid holidays Vacation and paid sick time Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Career growth and training opportunities Stable manufacturing environment Opportunities to work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Product Development teams Job Summary Hoffmaster is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Technician to support product testing, raw material inspections, finished goods evaluations, and data collection activities. This role plays an important part in improving plant operations, supporting product innovation, and maintaining product quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in manufacturing quality, product development, laboratory testing, or continuous improvement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform testing and analysis on Hoffmaster products and materials following established procedures Collect raw material and finished product samples safely and accurately Record and communicate test results in a timely manner Assist with complaint investigations and troubleshooting efforts Compile reports and provide suggestions for product improvements Learn and perform non-routine testing methods Support development of new testing methods and innovation initiatives Document machine settings, environmental conditions, and raw material information Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Product Development teams Assist with site trials and testing projects Maintain inventory and ordering of testing supplies Train and support backup lab personnel as needed Follow all GMP, safety, and SQF requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and positive work environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred Quality lab experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math and computer skills required Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Smartsheet, or SharePoint preferred Ability to read and understand procedures, specifications, and safety instructions Strong communication skills Ability to identify and report product quality issues Physical & PPE Requirements Required PPE includes: Safety glasses Hearing protection Steel-toed shoes Gloves Additional Information Occasional travel to other Hoffmaster locations may be required Training provided Must be able to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment If you have questions about the position, please contact Kevin Yancey at kevin.yancey@hoffmaster.com or Gabby Klas gabby.klas@hoffmaster.com #CreativeConverting255 #ClintonvilleJobs255 We invite all qualified applicants to apply, including individuals with disabilities or protected veterans, and provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, or disability.
