Job Description

Job Description Must Have:
Experience in a lab setting (clinical lab, pathology, diagnostics) Experience with LIS systems (any LIS - Beaker/Epic, Sunquest, Cerner, etc.) Experience with go-live support or at the elbow support Nice to
Have:
Epic Beaker experience (there is an Epic/Beaker component to this project) Experience with lab test launches or new lab setups
Soft Skills Needed:
Patient and calm with end users Good at explaining things simply Request Seeking lab-experienced go-live support team for new assay launch at Madison Lab Must have LIS experience (e.g., Epic Beaker), lab terminology knowledge, and go-live support background Duration July 6-31, 2026 (Pre-Go-Live) Complete training, immerse in workflows, and prepare for go-live Learn ACD IT infrastructure for incident management; obtain required access Go-Live - September/October Provide at-the-elbows support in the Lab and nearby command center Assist end users with questions, troubleshooting, and training reinforcement; document unresolved issues for ticketing Escalate urgent tickets; participate in daily hypercare standups and shift transitions Collect enhancement feedback for the ACD Product team
