Job Description:

Follow and promote proper safety procedures and PPE protocols at all times. Maintain cleanliness and safety of production areas and equipment during each shift. Operate as a primary or secondary operator in the cGMP production of APIs and chemical intermediates. Utilize and follow written procedures, batch records, SOPs, and operational protocols. Set up, calibrate, operate, and clean manufacturing and packaging equipment. Portion and package materials safely according to production procedures. Assemble containers and components for portioning and packaging processes. Monitor and communicate production status during shift transitions. Record and maintain accurate production documentation, measurements, and calculations. Perform inventory verification, lot number tracking, and documentation for traceability. Troubleshoot and operate automated labeling and packaging equipment. Maintain and clean workstations, production equipment, and storage areas. Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts. Collaborate with team members in a multi-shift, team-based manufacturing environment.
