Job Description

Laboratory Technologist (MLT/MT)

Location:

Viroqua, WI Facility:

Vernon Memorial Healthcare Contract:

18 weeks

Shift:

Nights, 7 days on / 7 days off (Wed-Tue)

Hours:

8:00 PM-7:00 AM; weekends 6:30 PM-6:00 AM #4001 Requirements Bachelor's in Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science or Associate's in MLT Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience

ASCP/NCA/HEW

certification Experience with routine to high-complexity testing Roche 501/601 chemistry analyzer and Gel blood bank experience preferred EPIC experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory testing, analyzer maintenance, calibration, QC, and blood bank/chemistry procedures in a fast-paced Critical Access Hospital environment. No call. Holiday coverage required. State license not required. #4001

Pay:

$50.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience:

Clinical laboratory: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

ASCP Certification (Preferred)
