Clearly document test results and actions taken Operate, monitor, and calibrate laboratory equipment Work closely with production staff for solutions and dispositions of held product in an efficient and timely manner. Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance and Food Safety procedures Responsible for testing appearance, piece count and texture of finished product

Position Requirements:
Basic Math skills Ability to use measuring devices like scales, thermometers and moisture meters. Detail oriented Good documentation and reporting skills. Effectively communicate (read, write, speak) in English Familiar with GMPs and Food Safety practices. Effectively use a personal computer/tablet and associated applications.
