The ideal candidate will have experience in Assisted Living or SNF experience and will be to providing high-quality resident care. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to deliver essential nursing services, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems like Cerner, ensuring compliance with ICD-9 coding standards. Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff. Educate Residents and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies. Qualifications Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Knowledge of infection control practices and standards in healthcare settings.
