Job Description
Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently recruiting for a
- Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse
- in •Athens, AL.

Pay:
- $33.00 - $36.00 per hour based on experience
Type:
- Three-month contract
Schedule:
- 32 hours guaranteed, 8:00AM - 4:30 (Monday-Friday)
Coverage Areas:
- Limestone County
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under physician orders.
- Perform routine clinical tasks including medication reconciliation, wound care, vital signs, and patient assessments.
- Accurately document care provided in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and care plans.
- Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, agency policies, and infection control standards.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Active LPN license in Alabama
- Experience in Home Health
- Skilled in documentation
- Wound care experience
- Valid Driver's License
