Job description Summary We are seeking a motivated LPN or RN to join our team at CareFirst Home Care. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to a client in their home, ensuring their comfort and well-being while supporting their health goals. Your contributions will be vital in delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of those we serve. •
EVENING HOURS AVAILABLE
•Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse. Assist with daily living activities and skilled nursing needs. Educate families about health management and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of care provided. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Requirements Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama or compact license. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and families. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
