Treatment Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )

Northside Rehabilitation and Care Center, Gadsen, Alabama Join our compassionate team, delivering expert-led support at Northside Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center! Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Administer wound care treatments including dressing changes, debridement, and documentation Monitor wound healing progression and communicate findings with the interdisciplinary team Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and therapists to deliver coordinated care Educate staff, patients, and families on wound care management and prevention Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical records in the electronic medical record system Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in all aspects of wound care delivery
Qualifications:
