The ideal candidate will support patient care in an outpatient clinic. This role involves providing exceptional patient service, triaging patients, and supporting clinical workflows in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced healthcare professionals in a dynamic and patient-centered facility committed to delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities Perform patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and documenting symptoms accurately. Measure and record vital signs such as weight and blood pressure. Operate and maintain EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient encounters and medical records. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential from an accredited program or higher degree. Prior experience in outpatient clinics, hospital medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy. Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and basic life support certification required. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
