What You'll Do As the LPN Medical Services Coordinator, you will help support the daily flow of medical operations while working closely with nursing staff, providers, and facility leadership.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily medical scheduling and coordination Supporting nursing staff and maintaining smooth clinical operations Managing documentation, medical records, and communication Monitoring medication administration processes Assisting with intake procedures and healthcare follow-up Helping ensure compliance with policies, protocols, and standards Serving as a dependable point of contact for both staff and patients Creating a calm, professional environment where teamwork thrives What We're Looking For Active Alabama LPN license Minimum of one year of LPN experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Leadership mindset with a team-first attitude Correctional, medical office, or supervisory experience is a plus Passion for patient care and operational excellence Why This Role Stands Out ✨ This isn't just another nursing position.
