Valid and current non restricted, unencumbered nursing license A good driving record with current vehicle insurance Dependable transportation Ability to work in team setting as well as independently Pass a Federal and DHR background checkPhysical Requirement:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential and required job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal standards including meeting qualitative and quantitative productivity standardsPay:
