Setting:

Skilled Nursing Facility in a long-term care environment Travel assignment with dedicated recruiter support and assignment resources Responsibilities Provide routine nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, following individualized care plans. Administer prescribed medications and securely monitor for adverse reactions, document appropriately. Measure and record vital signs, assess changes in resident condition, and communicate findings to the supervising nurse. Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care while promoting safety and dignity. Collaborate with the RN and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, update care plans, and ensure smooth shift handoffs. Maintain accurate charting, follow infection control protocols, and ensure compliance with facility policies. Requirements Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (active). Ability to work 3x12 night shifts with the described rotation and schedule. Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings is preferred. Graduation from an approved practical nursing program. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing environment and communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members.
