Conway, AR Pay:
$22.00 per hour About Us Elite Health of Conway is looking for a compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurse to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch a new clinic while providing exceptional patient care in a modern, fast-paced environment. Our practice specializes in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, wellness, and preventative care. We are committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care while creating an outstanding patient experience. Schedule Full-Time Four 10-hour shifts per week Clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM No weekends or holidays Our Work Environment Modern medical office On-the-job training Supportive, team-oriented culture Professional yet relaxed atmosphere Opportunity for career growth Responsibilities Assist providers with patient examinations and treatments. Obtain vital signs, medical histories, and prepare patients for appointments. Administer injections, including hormone replacement therapy, vitamin injections, and medical weight loss medications. Perform phlebotomy and prepare laboratory specimens. Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications. Monitor patient progress and communicate concerns to providers. Maintain accurate electronic medical records. Assist with inventory management and clinic organization. Ensure exam rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked. Deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships with patients. Qualifications Current Arkansas LPN license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with phlebotomy, injections, and electronic medical records is preferred. Experience in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, family medicine, or wellness medicine is a plus but not required.
