Role:
As an LPN at Nightingale at Stonegate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.Your responsibilities will include:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitoring resident conditions and reporting any changes to the nursing team Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plansResponsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses Perform vital signs and other assessments as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal care and services Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team membersRequirements:
Current LPN license in the State of Arkansas High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferredWhat We Offer:
