Shifts available: 6p-6a OR 10p-6a LPN starting pay $29 RN Starting pay $31 $3.00/hr shift diff for 6p-6a & 10p-6a Plus $2.00hr shift diff for weekends $1,000 bonus after 90 days Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team! The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, and acute care environments. The LPN or RN will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients while adhering to best practices and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and feeding. Perform IV infusions, catheterization, and other clinical procedures as required. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention. Participate in discharge planning and case management activities. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients. Qualifications Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings is preferred. Proficiency in electronic charting systems. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology. Familiarity with
ICD-9/ICD-10
coding and medical documentation practices. Ability to perform basic life support (BLS) and administer injections. Experience working with diverse populations including individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia care is advantageous.
