Job Description
Come, join Nursing and Rehabilitation at Good Shepherd as a Admission Nurse and start living and loving your calling! This position is very imperative to our success at Good Shepherd. The position requires one to handle a multitude of situations, as well as being able to communicate effectively and efficiently with referral sources . Conduct an in-depth interview with resident to ensure full understanding of the surgical procedure, required preparation, and all other relevant information. Review resident`s medical history and medications, assess health status, and identify any medical anomalies that may impact planned surgery. Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with patients, families, visitors and staff. Must be able to work as a team with all staff/coworkers and maintain the ability to treat all patients with respect.
