6:30a-7p Sa/Su, 6:30p-7a Sa/Su Job Summary Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for skilled nursing opportunities in North Little Rock, AR. Responsibilities An LPN working a contract through Elite Medical Staffing at a skilled nursing facility may be expected to: Utilize EMR PCC to record patients' medical information and vital signs Administer wound care and resident treatments Monitor resident conditions and promptly report significant changes to the appropriate clinical team Measure, record, and maintain accurate resident health information and vital signs Provide direct nursing care, including wound care and resident treatments within scope of practice Performs dressing changes, skin assessments, wound monitoring, and document all treatments Assist with resident assessments and implementation of individualized care plans Accurately document medications, treatments, observations, and resident responses Support and collaborate with CNAs and other healthcare team members to provide quality care Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency Works with the care team to ensure quality resident care and follows infection control standards Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active LPN license Minimum 1 year of experience working in skilled nursing Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations Credentials Required Active and unencumbered AR LPN License or Compact LPN License Government-Issued Photo ID or Passport CPR/BLS Tuberculosis (TB) Test Flu Vaccine (during Flu season) Covid-19 Vaccine Resume Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement About Elite Medical Staffing Elite Medical Staffing is a healthcare staffing agency connecting experienced nursing and allied healthcare professionals with flexible, high-paying opportunities.
