Apache Junction Health Center is a "US News Best Nursing Homes" skilled nursing facility located on Southern and Ironwood in Apache Junction. We serve skilled and LTC patients. Voted by Newsweek and US News as a top nursing home in Arizona, we invite you to join our team today! We are looking for a wound nurse to join our wound program. The primary purpose of your Wound Nurse LPN job position is to provide direct wound care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
