Clinical Liaison - Full Time - Phoenix, Arizona •This position is Thursday through Monday. Phoenix Regional Rehabilitation Hospital (Phoenix, AZ) is a premier, 48-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility serving patients across the Phoenix metro area. The hospital offers comprehensive rehabilitation programs designed to restore mobility, strength, and independence following serious medical events. Equipped with advanced therapy technology and supported by a multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation specialists, the hospital delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care. Its central Phoenix location provides accessibility to a diverse population while contributing to the region's rapidly expanding healthcare ecosystem. As a liaison, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and determining if they meet the admissions criteria in additional to preparing strategic development plans, conducting marketing calls, and presenting the benefits of rehabilitation to potential referral sources.
What you bring:
Licensed as a Nurse, RN, LVN/LPN, PT, OT, or RT required. Experience working in the medical environment promoting programs, services. Ability to build strong relationships in an assigned territory utilizing clinical and selling skills. Passionate patient advocate assisting in the referral to admission process. Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Current, valid, and active drivers' license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record required 3 years healthcare experience preferred (healthcare sales experienced preferred). Current, valid, and active clinical licensure required (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist)).
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Ability to travel in regional area on a regular basis. Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures. Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursements, etc., that impact overall hospital operations.
Demonstrates general computer skills including:
data entry, word processing, email, and record management. Effective organizational and time management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain quality and safety standards. Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality. Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for evaluating patients and determining if s/he meets admissions criteria. Prepares development plans, conducts calls, and presents to potential referral sources. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
