Pay:
$44.45/ hour
Schedule:
Full-time:
36-48 hours/week 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM-6:30 PM Alternating schedule: 36 hours one week / 48 hours the next 40 hours per week is not guaranteed Responsibilities Administer medications and perform treatments within scope of license and physician orders Provide wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy care, G-tube/J-tube care, and other treatments as needed Monitor and report residents' responses to medications and treatments Assess residents and respond appropriately to medical emergencies Complete admission nursing assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation Participate in shift reports, care planning, MDS assessments, and quarterly reviews Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff Ensure medications and supplies are adequately stocked Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities Attend staff meetings and contribute to a team-based nursing environment Qualifications Current LPN license in good standing Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card CPR/BLS Card TB Skin Test Agency Skills Assessment Position closes soon. for Consideration #IND1
