Responsibilities:
Maintain resident's files in an organized fashion that follows company policy and complies with state regulations Review resident service plans, per AZDHS regulations and company policy, and ensure they are being followed correctly by team members and outside services Ensure resident's ADL needs are safety and properly performed Ensure resident supply needs are met by either POA or company Assess the needs of the residents in the community and implement timely solutions to ensure that each resident's needs are being met and that their care charges are sufficient to provide uncompromised care Perform initial assessments for potential residents What is in it for you? Qualifications:
Current AZ nursing license Minimum of three (3) years prior experience in a leadership role and have a blended experience in the medical arena and/or social work with seniors Sound organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment in a friendly and professional manner Demonstrate exemplary attitude, work ethic, and unwavering integrity Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
