Ro Health is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our healthcare team at a Veterans Home in Flagstaff, Arizona. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment while delivering professional nursing care, treatments, and services according to prescribed standards. Must live in the Flagstaff area.

6AM - 6:30 PM or 6pm-6:30am per diem

Qualifications:

at least 1 year of LPN long-term care or skilled nursing experience required LPN with a strong understanding of geriatric care and nursing procedures Active BLS Fingerprint card Ability to pass drug screen Ability to pass background check

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a variety of nursing care for geriatric residents, overseeing and training staff in specific resident care procedures. Observe and assess residents' behavior and physical conditions, administering medical treatments and interventions according to the care plan. Learn and implement Arizona Management System (AMS) methods for problem-solving and continuous process improvements. Incorporate a Veteran/Member-centered approach to care in all job duties.
