Our Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in either pediatric and geriatric private duty roles. Compensation and Schedule:

Day, 2nd and Overnight Shifts of 8-12 hours Starting pay: $30-34 per hour (client-specific)

LPN:

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse Trach experience preferred, but not required SER-AZ As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
