MDS Nurse LPN Yuma Hourly Haven of Yuma - 3.1 Yuma, AZ Job Details Full-time 14 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification BLS Certification English Full Job Description The MDS Nurse works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and is responsible for the timely completion of accurate resident assessments and interdisciplinary care plans that meet state and federal guidelines. The MDS Nurse is responsible for identifying resident acuity and helping to determine specific care needs and communicating those needs and expectations to families and responsible parties. The MDS Nurse oversees the clinical reimbursement of the facility and ensures that Medicare and Medicaid compliance is maintained. The MDS Nurse also provides oversight of the Restorative Nursing Program. > Active, Non-Probationary RN or LPN License > Active, Class-Instructed CPR Certification > Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing > Tuberculosis Testing > Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire) > Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds > Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English Haven Health is the largest rural healthcare provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation throughout Arizona.
