September 8, 2026 We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a 13-week travel assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This role is ideal for an LVN with strong assessment skills, compassionate patient care abilities, and flexibility to work all shifts. Mandatory Requirements to Apply Active California LVN License•Required Minimum 1 year of LVN/SNF experience
BLS/BCLS
Certification•Required Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be reliable and able to work assigned shifts Caribbean Blue scrubs•Required Roles & Responsibilities Provide individualized nursing care to SNF residents under the direction of the DON. Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice. Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate concerns to the care team. Collaborate with physicians, RNs, residents, families, and facility departments. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow regulatory and facility standards. Bonus & Benefits +
