We are currently looking for an experienced LVN's to join our amazing team for the 7am-3pm shift

What You'll Do:

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse at our facility, you will:

• Administer medication and treatments to patients as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Conduct assessments of patients' health conditions, including vital signs monitoring and symptom evaluation.
• Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in symptoms and responses to treatments.
• Foster a warm and supportive environment that promotes residents' physical and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with CNAs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
