Starting at $32.00/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule:
Full-time, multiple shifts available Your Role & Impact In this position, you will provide direct patient care while overseeing the daily activities of nursing assistants. Your leadership will ensure that all care meets federal, state, and local standards, supporting the high expectations set by the Director of Nursing. Key Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, high-quality care including medication administration, wound care, and assessments Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensure compliance with care standards Maintain adherence to all regulatory guidelines and best practices Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and supervisory staff to uphold clinical excellence Accurately document patient care and maintain up-to-date medical records Act as a liaison for residents and families, ensuring clear communication and respectful care Why Join Delta View Post Acute?
