Peninsula Post-Acute in Burlingame is seeking a seasoned Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our premier team full-time. We are a leading short-term rehab and skilled nursing facility committed to helping residents regain their independence through elite, personalized care.
The Opportunity Position:
Licensed Vocational Nurse (min. 2 years SNF experience)

Full-Time - 4/2
SCHEDULE Shift:
ALL SHIFTS
Location:
Burlingame, CA Pay Rate:
$40.00 - $44.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Your Impact & Responsibilities As a vital member of our clinical team, you will drive the recovery process through high-level nursing oversight and compassionate care:
Personalized Rehabilitation:
Deliver tailored nursing services designed to meet each resident's unique recovery milestones.
Clinical Judgment:
Exercise advanced critical thinking to make independent decisions that directly improve patient outcomes.
Professional Communication:
Manage precise clinical documentation and serve as a primary liaison between families and the interdisciplinary medical team.
Precision Implementation:
Execute physician orders and complex clinical instructions with total accuracy and attention to detail.
Clinical Leadership:
Act as a reliable, experienced anchor for our residents and a resource for the nursing team during the AM shift.
Qualifications Licensure:
Must possess an active, valid California LVN license.
Experience:
Proven experience in geriatric, post-acute, or skilled nursing rehabilitative care is required. We are an equal opportunity employer.
