Licensed Vocational Nurse Laguna Village Recovery Costa Mesa, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Per diem $25 - $40 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications CPR Certification LVN BLS Certification Driver's License Patient interaction Full Job Description LVR Aftercare is a premier post-surgery recovery home located in Costa Mesa, specializing in providing high-quality care for cosmetic and plastic surgery patients. We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable LVN to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working both independently and alongside a team, with strong clinical skills and a calm, patient-centered approach.

Schedule:

Must have weekend and overnight availability

Compensation:

Competitive pay, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive post-operative care in accordance with surgeon protocols Monitor and document vital signs and patient progress Assist with medication management and ensure proper administration Support patients with daily living activities (hygiene, mobility, comfort) Perform post-surgical care (JP drains, dressings, IVs, catheters, etc.) Communicate effectively with team members regarding patient status Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable recovery environment Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Qualifications:

Current LVN License (Required) CPR & First Aid Certification Valid Driver's License Previous experience in post-op, surgical, or home health care preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent bedside manner Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
