Up to $42/hour About Us Victoria Post Acute Care is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility located in El Cajon, California, dedicated to providing high quality care through compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Our team supports residents across long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and memory care services throughout the East County community. We are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse with skilled nursing or healthcare experience who is clinically strong, patient focused, and passionate about delivering quality resident care. Position Summary As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will play a key role in providing direct patient care, supporting residents' daily medical needs, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and compassionate care. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, patient focused, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document patient conditions, progress, and concerns Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members Respond promptly to resident needs and changes in condition Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards Support a positive and compassionate care environment for residents and families Qualifications Active LVN license in California required Minimum of 1 year of experience required Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred Strong clinical and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and patient care skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient focused What We Offer 401(k) with employer support Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and paid sick leave Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for training and advancement Ready to Join Our Team?
