Full Job Description Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Plan of Care or 485. 2. Responsible for carrying out orders from our Physicians and mid-level providers. 3. Must be able to report or communicate changes in a patient's condition to our Physicians or other mid-level providers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1 year of experience as an LVN is preferred. New grads are welcome. LVN license issued by the state of California. Bilingual is preferred. Strict attention to detail. Organized and able to prioritize. Excellent customer service.

Schedule :

Full-time 8-hour shift. Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. No weekends.
