The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in an assisted living facility. As an LVN, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients' health and well-being while adhering to established standards of care. Duties Administer medications, insulin and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health management. Maintain accurate patient records Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice. Skills Proficient in geriatric care techniques and home community care strategies. Ability to perform medical documentation accurately. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
