Our membership-based model prioritizes quality over volume, allowing our team to deliver an elevated patient experience in a professional, supportive environment. We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in a back-office clinical role. Our practice is built on providing thoughtful, high-quality care, and we're seeking someone who shares that commitment and takes pride in supporting both patients and providers. Required Qualifications Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a medical office setting (primary care preferred) Experience in both front office and back office duties Current California LVN license Proficient in phlebotomy (venipuncture required) Proficient in IV placement and infusion therapy Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication, professionalism, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and maintain discretion Team-oriented with a professional, positive attitude Responsibilities Rooming patients and obtaining accurate vital signs Assisting providers with exams and procedures Administering medications and injections as ordered Performing clinical tasks (EKGs, urine dips, specimen collection, etc.) Maintaining steady patient flow and supporting an efficient schedule Documenting thoroughly and in a timely manner in the EMR Keeping exam rooms clean, stocked, and ready at all times What We're Looking For Someone who is reliable, kind, and proactive—who genuinely enjoys patient care and works well as part of a team.
