About EverWell Primary Care EverWell Primary Care, operated by Dub Health PC, is a new kind of medical practice built on modern systems, efficient teamwork, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic LVN who is early in their career and ready to grow with us as we launch our new Loma Linda clinic. Position Summary As an LVN at EverWell Primary Care, you'll work directly with our clinical team to provide high-quality care and smooth clinic operations. This role is hands-on, patient-facing, and central to delivering our hybrid (in-person + virtual) care model. Key Responsibilities Room patients and document vital signs, health history, and chief complaints Administer injections, immunizations, and perform basic procedures under supervision Prepare and maintain clinical instruments and examination rooms Perform point-of-care testing (e.g., glucose, urinalysis, A1c) as trained Assist with telehealth visits and follow-up coordination Sterilize and organize medical equipment per OSHA and infection control guidelines Track and order medical supplies to ensure inventory readiness Collaborate with physicians, PAs/NPs, and MAs to ensure timely and safe patient care Oversee MAs and provide clinical support Participate in daily team huddles and apply LEAN or TeamSTEPPS tools (as trained) Support positive patient experiences with compassion and clear communication Qualifications Active California LVN license BLS certification (required) Excellent communication and organizational skills Team-oriented, flexible, and ready to grow with a new clinic Basic EMR documentation skills (familiarity with Practice Fusion preferred) Spanish speaking preferred Prior experience with LEAN, TeamSTEPPS, or other team-based care models is a plus 2+ years experience in family practice or primary care preferred
