Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and other treatments following established protocols and safety standards. Conduct specialized procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding management, venipuncture, and sterile dressing changes. Document all patient interactions accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Provide education on disease management, medication administration, and health coaching for patients and their families. Manage urgent situations including acute pain episodes, airway management, and triage assessments in various settings such as assisted living, home care, or outpatient clinics. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
