Full-Time, AM Shift Join a Team Dedicated to Exceptional Resident Care Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team on a full-time AM shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and enhancing the lives of our residents. As an LVN, you will play a key role in providing direct nursing care, supporting interdisciplinary care planning, and ensuring the highest standards of resident health and well-being. Position Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising nurse or physician Complete accurate and timely documentation of care provided Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations Promote a positive, safe, and resident-centered environment Qualifications Current California LVN license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees Paid time off and holiday pay Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive leadership and team-oriented culture Continuing education and training opportunities Why Moraga Post Acute?
