The Springs Post-Acute is a 99-bed Skilled Nursing Facility with a Post-Acute Rehabilitation setting. Our exceptional care ranges from Wound Care to Occupational, Speech and Physical Therapy. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories of patients accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Assist physicians and registered nurses during examinations, procedures, and treatments. Perform routine procedures such as wound dressing changes, catheterizations, and tracheostomy care. Monitor and document patients' progress, reactions to medications, and overall conditions. Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication regimens, and post-treatment care. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a high standard of hygiene.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
EXPERIENCE
Newly graduated or Newly passers are WELCOME Experience Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS
A current California license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license is
