Friday-Sunday 7am-5pmNOC Shift:
Wednesday/Friday-Sunday 7pm-5amResponsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans. Provide education and support to families regarding patient care. Assist with daily living activities and mobility support. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary.Requirements:
Current California LVN license and CPR certification. Experience in pediatric nursing or home health care preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate demeanor and a passion for pediatric care. Basic computer skills for documentation and communication. Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling. Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.About Us:
