Perform nursing services, treatments, and diagnostic procedures as assigned, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse if LVN. Observe, record, and report patient symptoms, reactions and changes. Perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, or preventative nursing care.
