Maven Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support our residential treatment facilities across Dana Point, Oceanside, Carlsbad, and Encinitas. This is a traveling role — the LVN will move between locations as needed based on clinical coverage requirements. Summary of position responsibilities includes but is not limited to: Administer medications and oversee med pass in accordance with facility protocols and physician orders Conduct client vital signs and routine health assessments Monitor and document clients for signs of medical distress on an ongoing basis Communicate with physicians, clinical staff, and Program Directors regarding client health status Respond appropriately to medical emergencies Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation and charting Ensure medications are properly stored, counted, and secured in compliance with regulations Travel between Dana Point, Oceanside, Carlsbad, and Encinitas facilities as scheduled Attend all mandatory trainings Maintain compliance with facility rules, regulations, and safety procedures Report any discrepancies or concerns to the Program Director or supervisor on duty Required qualifications/experience: Active California LVN license in good standing Current First Aid/CPR certification, or willing/able to obtain Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required for travel between sites) Reliable transportation Preferred qualifications/experience: Previous experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings Previous experience with 12-step programs Maven Behavioral Health is a quickly growing company with abundant opportunity for advancement.
