Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing, long-term care, or hospital settings such as ICU or Level I Trauma Centers. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in dementia/memory care environments is highly desirable. Background in administering IV infusions, injections, and managing acute pain or infectious disease cases. Familiarity with ICD coding (ICD-9/10), medical terminology, and documentation standards for compliance purposes.
