In this role, you'll guide residential and commercial clients through their remodeling journey, combining exceptional customer service with design expertise to create unique, tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Meet with prospective clients to assess their remodeling needs, providing design and sales consultations. Prepare detailed estimates and quotes for prospective projects. Develop custom solutions for residential and commercial remodeling projects that reflect each client's vision. Educate clients on StressLess Remodeling's exclusive products, services, and installation methods. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. Work collaboratively with project managers and customer relations team to ensure seamless handoff of projects for execution. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client communications using CRM tools. Attend company training programs to stay informed about new products, processes, and company updates. Qualifications Previous experience in outside sales, design consultation, or a related field is highly preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and build trust. A passion for design and the remodeling industry, with the ability to visualize and create customized solutions. Experience with estimating or preparing project quotes is a strong plus. Self-motivated with the ability to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Familiarity with operating CRM software and sales tools on an iPad is a must. Valid driver's license and insurance, and ability to travel for client consultations. Ability to pass a background check What We Offer Income opportunities that makes sense: Bi-weekly pay cycle. Work-Life Balance:

2 "date nights" off a week, 2 weekends off per month.

We service all of Southern California, Arizona, and New Mexico. This position will primarily service a 90-minute radius around Palm Springs, CA. Are you able and willing to run pre-set appointments that can begin as early as 8am and last appointment starting at 6pm? This position requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Are you able and willing to work outdoors in weather conditions regularly experienced in the Palm Springs, CA market to measure concrete resurfacing projects on appointments that last approx 90 minutes each? Top performers that excel in this position earn their clients' business on the initial appointment visit. Are you comfortable and capable of operating in a 1-sit-close business model? This position is hiring an for an immediate need to meet with busy season demand. Are you willing and able to start this position by June 8, 2026 or sooner?
