ASAP in 2 weeks The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) delivers technical nursing care to Residents using the nursing process, functioning as a member of the nursing team under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LVN may assume charge nurse role in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Mandatory Requirements to Apply Active California LVN License - Required Minimum 1 year of LVN/SNF experience

Point Click Roles & Responsibilities Provide individualized nursing care to SNF residents under the direction of the DON. Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice. Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate concerns to the care team. Collaborate with physicians, RNs, residents, families, and facility departments.
